Dieses Mal Breda!

Das 3. Treffen des DC4JOBS Projekts wurde am 3. und 4. Oktober 2018 in Breda, Niederlande organisiert. Die Leitung übernahm der Projekt-Partner The Breakthrough Foundation in Kollaboration mit Villa Boerebont und De Moerbei.

Das Ziel des 3. Treffens war die Überwachung des laufenden Projekt Managements, Verbreitung, Qualitäts-Versicherung und Ausbeutung. Während des Treffens, präsentierten die Partner einen Entwurf der Unterrichts Materialien für die Sozialarbeiter. Diese werden genutzt um junge Leute mit geringen Möglichkeiten zu unterstützen und wertvolle Kompetenzen zu erarbeiten, welche ihnen bessere Angebot ermöglichen und somit mehr Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt öffnen. CGE Erfurt e.V. präsentierte ebenfalls die zusammenfassenden Ergebnisse

der Auswertung des ersten Jahres des Projekts. Während wir uns auf die Ausarbeitung der Stärken und die Milderung der Schwächen und Herausforderungen fokussieren, werden die Empfehlungen jedes Partners in das Projekt integriert.

Der zweite Tag des Treffens wurde genutzt um die nächsten Schritte der Entwicklung des Projekts, sowie die

Verbreitung der bereits entwickelten Produkte, betonend die Entwicklung der Unterrichtsmaterialien, und die Vorbereitung der Unterrichtskurse Veranstaltungen, zu planen. Innerhalb des Programms erhielten wir außerdem eine Führung der Projektleiter Villa Boerebont and De Moerbei, welche uns den Ort und die Anlässe des Projekts vorstellten. Villa Boerebont ist eine Sozialarbeits-Organisation, wessen Ziel es ist, junge Arbeiter, welche von verschiedenen Umständen bedroht werden und durch ihre Hintergründe nur geringe Möglichkeiten haben, zu unterstützen. Die Stiftung bietet außerdem 5 Arbeitsstationen, betreutes Wohnen, individuelle Beratung und soziale Aktivierung für die jungen Leute. Der Zweck von De Moerbei ist es Teilenhmer einen Ort zu bieten, an dem ihre Interessen zu finden sind und Struktur in ihr Leben zu bringen.

Nach dem Treffen hatte die Teilhaberschaft die Möglichkeit die Altstadt Breda’s zu besichtigen. Wir besuchten einen lokalen Shop, welcher den Nutzen von recycelten Materialien unterstützt. Die Produkte dieses Shops wurden in Kollaboration mit De Moerbei produziert. DC4JOBS hat Kontant zu lokalen Organisationen in Breda aufgenommen und ihr Interesse bezüglich zukünftiger Kollaborationen gewonnen. Das Treffen fasste die Ergebnisse einzelner intellektuellen Gedanken zusammen und schaffte somit Klarheit und die Richtung der nächsten zu gehen Schritte.

The third meeting of the DC4JOBS project was organised on the 3rd and 4th of October 2018 in Breda, Netherlands. We were hosted by our project partner The Breakthrough Foundation with collaboration from Villa Boerebont and De Moerbei.

The aim of the third project meeting was to monitor the ongoing project management, dissemination, quality insurance and exploitation procedure. During the meeting, the partners presented the draft version of the teaching material being prepared for the youth workers. This teaching material will then support the young people with fewer opportunities to acquire targeted competences into entering the labour market in which each skills will enhance their employability prospects. CGE Erfurt e.V also presented summary results from the evaluation of the first year of project implementation. While we are focusing on improving the strong points and mitigating the challenges and weakness, the recommendations from each partner will be integrated into the project.

The second day of the meeting was spent on planning the next steps of the project’s development and on the dissemination of the products developed so far, emphasising on the development of teaching materials, the preparation for the teaching courses and multiplier event. Within the program, we also had a guided tour by the host organisations, Villa Boerebont and De Moerbei, who were showing us around the place and introducing us to the causes that they are working on. Villa Boerebont is a youth work organisation, committed to support young people who are threatened by various circumstances also coming from fewer opportunity background. The foundation also offer five working stations, residential assisted living, individual counseling and social activation for the young people. The purpose of De Moerbei is to offer participants a place to discover where interests lie and to get structure in their lives.

After the working meeting, the consortium had the opportunity to visit the old town of Breda, where we visited a local shop that supports the usage of recycling materials. The products of this shop were produced and in collaboration with De Moerbei. DC4JOBS has reached out the local organisation in Breda and has gained their interest upon future collaboration. The project meeting concludes the achievement of each intellectual outputs and the clarity / direction for the next steps that need to be taken.
